This space is composed of two apartments located in the same building, on the 3° and 4° floor. You will be in the heart of Paris, a few steps away from the Louvre Museum, the Jardin des Tuileries, the Notre-Dame Cathedral and the Palais Royal. It can accommodate up to 12 people.

- The first apartment can accommodate up to 4 people. Comfortable, fully furnished and functional, this cosy 35 sqmt studio is composed of a double bed, a double sofa bed, a dining table, an kitchen opened on the living room (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave…), and a bathroom with shower and WC.

- The second apartment can accommodate up to 8 people. This apartment is composed of 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two individual beds. On the mezzanine, there is also another double bed, which overlooks the living room. The latter has a double sofa bed and a big dining table. The kitchen is fully equipped (oven, fridge, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, microwave…) and is opened on the living room. There are also 2 bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bath.

If you cross the famous Pont Neuf bridge (the oldest bridge of Paris), you directly arrive in the fashionable neighbourhood of Saint-Germain-des-Prés, with its typical cafés and restaurants, as well as its lively night life.
