The apartment has an unbeatable view of the Place de la Bastille and on a clear day you can even glimpse the eiffel tower from the sitting room. The sitting room has double glazing and two single sofa beds as well as an ingenious dining room table that seats 4. The apartment is light and sunny and has a "Zen" feel with the decoration and the screens that separate the bedroom from the main room. Access to the bathroom is through the bedroom. The kitchen is fully equipped with a west facing window, ideal for preparing French gourmet dinners. There is a farmers market twice a week on the Boulevard Richard Lenoir with a large selection of fresh fruit, vegetables, meat and cheese - it is a great Parisian experience !
The Marais is a short walk away and notably the Place des Vosges and Rue des Franc Bourgeois with its many boutiques, shops and bistrots as well as the Carnavalet and Picasso Museums.
The metro is 50 metres from the apartment and Line 1 takes you, in 3 stops, directly to the Louvre Museum.
