" This was a beautiful revonated clean apartment, probably the nicest bathroom I have seen in Europe for the price of the accomodation. The owner was very friendly and helpful, despite our complete lack of the French language. Great location, 2 minutes walk to the subway and 15 minutes walk from all the great restaurants and shops of the Marais district. Many places to eat and drink right downstairs as well as supermarkets close by. I have recommended from my parents to stay here in July 2012. Thanks for allowing me to have yet another excellent holiday in Paris! "

" After 13 hours of travel, my mom and I (along with my little dog Sam) were very happy to step into our lovely and cozy home away from home. The apartment was in a quiet area of a very bustling part of Paris. Every morning we would step out to Montorgueil, which was just around the corner, to get fresh bread from Eric Kayser and fix ourselves a nice breakfast in our apartment. There was never a lack of places to eat, and the metro stations were also just a block away so it was easy to get around. We will definitely be back! "

" Apartment is very central to few lines of bus and metro as well as RER train. It is at the floor of old building with about 80 stairs which could be challenge to some. Supermarket is only a block away. Reception lady and landlord are reasonable and fluent in English. "

" We stayed in the apartment October half term 2011. The apartment is in a fabulous position literally 5 minutes walk from the Louvre. It is set in a very vibrant & busy area. Perfect for exploring. The apartment is on the 4th floor above a bar. However, you cannot hear anything from the bar or the surroundings as the property is double glazed. I would say it is not suitable for very young children because there is no lift & the apartment windows do not have child locks. The apartment is perfect & spacious for two families. It was clean & lots of clean towels available. There were a few things broken when we arrived but this was not a problem & we pointed it out to the representative when we arrived. It was not a problem. We would definitely stay there again and would recommend it as the ideal apartment for discovering Paris. Not suitable for pushchairs or people who are not able bodied. "

Being on the top floor, not only was it quiet, it was marvellously sunny and warm on cold days, and the apartment was flooded with light. The view out over the rooftops was to die for. " This appartment is very charming with a mezzanine for sleeping. It is very bright with a nice view into a quiet courtyard. Also, the appartment is very clean. The contact person responsible for check-in/-out is very friendly and flexible. I was allowed to stay longer on my departure day and to leave my luggage in the appartment. Negative aspects of this appartment: no wardrobe for clothes available/ you need to live out of the suitcase. The building does not have an elevator and the appartment is on the last floor. The problem is that the stairs are very steep and very narrow and it is difficult to get the suitcase up and down. "

" We had a very pleasant two-week stay in the Marais Prestige 10 apartment this October. It is just as advertized and pictured on the website - no surprises! We were glad that the apartment faced into the enclosed courtyard, so there was no traffic noise. I'd say the place would be a pretty tight fit for more than two or three persons, although it can sleep six if you used the sleeper sofa and two to a (small) bedroom. There were only two of us, so we had plenty of room. The apartment was clean and well appointed. The neighborhood is interesting and convenient; easy walks to groceries, bakeries, everything we needed. We were contacted and greeted on arrival, and the office was great at getting us a cab to the airport, a cleaner to come mid-stay, anything we needed. I have recommended the website to several friends already, so more Californians will be coming your way, I think! "
