" We enjoyed our stay in this lovely apartment very much. Great location. Very nice neighborhood. The master bedroom is on the street side so it can be a little noisy. The mattress was ok but certainly not luxurious. Pillows were just average too. We were only given one towel per person for a week long stay. I did not see any air conditioning so if you are going this summer you might keep that in mind. It was cool when we were there so it wasn't an issue for us. 5:00 PM check in is very late. They were able to get us in by 3:30 PM which was a help. Don't get me wrong, we liked the apartment very much and it would be an excellent choice if you had older children or if 2 couples wanted to share the rental. The second bedroom is really a separate studio apartment across a small open terrace. It is close to shops, bakeries, and cafes and only about a block and a half to the Seine. There is a bus stop a few steps away. This was our first experience with a vacation apartment rental and it won't be our last. Overall it was a good experience and I much preferred it to a hotel. The process of securing the rental was easy and handled seamlessly. I have no problems recommending Escalea Apartments and the Saint-Germain Luxe 7 apartment. "

" The apt Marais Montmorency is compact but very functional and in an excellent location. We had no problem getting to the metro and around Paris that way, as well as using our legs to walk to many sites nearby. Shopping and groceries are close by. The apartment was very quiet, has an excellent bed, great shower and good closet space. The stairs up (no elevator) may be steep for some, but we managed just fine. Also, the kitchen is small, but workable. I was disappointed to find no salt/pepper or sugar, as is standard in most places, but this is a small thing. Also, checking in was easy. I would use Escalea to find an apt in another city. This one worked out just fine for us. "

There was lots of light which made it feel spacious and it was really quiet considering it is so close to the Champs- Elysees, The metro is certainly very close and it was lovely to have a top notch restaurant- Chez Savy next door and a patisserie as well. " We loved the apartment. It was wonderfully located, very comfortable, and the furnishings were very nice. Our only suggestion would be to upgrade the dining table, which was too flimsy, and the cutlery, which was too cheap and did not do well in the dishwasher. But these were minor inconveniences in an otherwise splendid apartment. "

" The LOUVRE STUDIO 1 is a lovely apartment! Compact and comfortable with everything you could need. It is in a perfect area - just minutes from the Louvre. Communication was swift and check-in and out went very smoothly. Just a small heads-up: there are 77 stairs to the apartment and the stairwell is very narrow. Quite difficult getting suitcases up and down. Easier if you are travelling with backpacks. Would definitely recommend this apartment as it is clean, comfortable and very central. "
